Description

Slow fermentation loaf of bread made of whole wheat and barley flour.

This is one of our breads that needs its time. We give the time, but also the care that’s needed. We knead it and let it rest and this is a process we repeat several times in a 48 hours period. The result we are looking for, is that the bread comes to you in its best form as we try to satisfy all your senses. The look, the touch, the smell and of course, the taste. It is important to be a bread, that the way it smells and tastes can bring you memories from the past.
